Meet our CAD team, Balanced Design
Ryan Cranstoun, Arch. Dip (’95) and James Worral, Arch. Dip (’95)
I’ve been working with Ryan for over a decade now. When he and James decided to join forces and start up Balanced Design back in 2017 they were not kidding when they said they were going to take it up a notch! They do it all – architectural drawings and details, engineered drawings and details, steel details, millwork details, building permit applications, development permit applications, variance applications, 3D modeling for structure, 3D rendering for clients, and Subdivision approvals. The next great tool? Virtual tours of a project from your mobile phone. This stuff will blow your mind… plus, they’re the nicest people to be creative with while meeting those challenging deadlines that always come once the snow starts flying. With their 30+ years of combined experience plus these new design software applications, they are truly taking our projects to the next level.
